For after-sales and technical response: We provide a rapid response within 2 working hours on workdays, and solutions to general problems will be provided within 24 hours. If on-site technical support is required, technicians will be arranged for docking in a timely manner according to regional conditions, so as to provide stable support for customers in product application, formulation adjustment and market application.
Q Can your products be exported, and do they comply with the export regulatory requirements of Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea and other regions?
A Our products support export to many countries and regions worldwide. The product quality not only conforms to the national standards of feed additives in China, but also has passed the FAMI-QS European Feed Additive System Certification, meeting the requirements of mainstream markets including the European Union, the United States, Japan and South Korea on the composition, safety, labeling and testing of feed additives. We can provide a complete set of documents required for export, including TDS, quality inspection reports, customs declaration materials and certificates of origin, and support OEM/ODM customized export to adapt to the regulatory and market standards of different countries.
Q What is the ordering process for cooperation with your company, and what relevant documents are required?

Cooperation and ordering process: Customer consultation on product selection → Confirmation of product specifications, quantity, price and delivery time → Signing of formal purchase and sales contract → Customer payment as agreed → Company arrangement for production/stocking → Logistics delivery and customer receipt → After-sales technical follow-up.
Conventional documents required: Business license, feed production/operation qualification documents (for contract signing, invoicing and filing); for VAT special invoices, invoice information shall also be provided; for export orders, import and export related qualifications and customs declaration information shall be additionally submitted.
